Cakes
Small cakes have two layers of sponge and are decorated with buttercream.
Large cakes have three to four layers of sponge, depending on flavour, and are decorated with buttercream.
All cakes contain eggs, gluten, milk (and nuts where stated). Although every effort is made to reduce contamination, cakes may have traces of peanuts, nuts, sesame and soya as these are used daily in the bakery.

Flavoursome and moreish! Spiced carrot cake, can be made with or without walnuts, which is layered with creamy vanilla buttercream

Salted Caramel
Vanilla flavoured sponge with chunks of caramel baked within. Layered with salted caramel sauce and subtle caramel flavoured buttercream

Cherry Bakewell
Almond flavoured sponge layered with red cherry pie filling and creamy vanilla buttercream
