Food Labelling Regulations

These Regulations require us to inform you of any Additives used in our products. Where used they are indicated on the appropriate notices. But customers can be confident that our traditional craftmanship ensures that the quality of our products remains unchanged. 

In the case of cakes (flour confectionery) these may contain:
